The balance of sour and spice was perfect. The grilled spare ribs were another standout, becoming my second favorite dish. Every dish we ordered was fantastic, and the service was equally impressive. They were so thoughtful, even bringing our dog a bottle of water, which was such a kind gesture. Our parents loved it too. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Came here tonight for a celebratory meal and they didn’t disappoint!
Group of 5 and we shared five dishes, avocado massaman, tofu pad see eiw, king cashew beef, hoi Tod and Khao soi. Everything was excellent but I would say that the very best dishes were the pad see eiw and hoi Tod (fried mussels with a cool sauce). We also found that everything was easy to share and very fresh. For drinks, I
highly recommend the Thai iced tea, we had lychee, rose and lychee/ross flavoured ice tea and it was amazing.

One thing to note is that it is a very busy and loud restaurant- they will be a bit in your face and the restaurant is quite loud (so you may have to speak abnormally loud to be heard by your friends). This can be solved by the restaurant installing sound dampening foam.

Noise aside, we had an excellent experience here, the staff were great, the food was fresh and served very quickly and the restaurant is at a reasonable temperature. Just be aware that they don’t take bookings so get there early or be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes when you get there (but that probably won’t be a problem). I look forward to returning here soon.

Thep is one of my go-to Thai spots! I have celiac disease and they have so many gluten free options that I can trust. My favorite is the Pad Kee Mao. It’s so hard to find good GF noodles and these are great!

Genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in the world haha. Such good food, and speedy quick service. Not a bad price for the portions either. Sometimes we do take out as well and the food is just as fresh and yummy at home. Def recommend for a date night or just a good meal

The food was yummy overall, we had the chicken satay, which was very tender but bland and the peanut sauce was really yummy but a little thick. The pad see ew was ok, on the bland side as well. The pad thai on the other hand was really good. The avocado massaman curry was tasty but not memorable. It was definitely on the more expensive end for Thai food. The portion sizes were huge and the food was plated beautifully. The service was also exceptional, our waitress was really nice.

Thep Thai is an amazing dining experience, truly enjoyed it. The decor is modern Asian and the dishes we had were the sea bass, the winter roll, the spring rolls, pad siu, and the chicken dumplings. The dumplings were crispy and not bready at all. The seabass was fried with a curry sauce that really set it off. The pad siu was very fresh the noodles were cooked very well and had excellent flavor. Overall, highly recommend.

Utterly disappointed with their lack of customer service, especially with frequent customers like myself. I ordered via Grubhub last night, but when the food didn't appear after an hour, I called. The lady on the other end was unapologetic and said it would be there in a few minutes. We called again after 10 minutes. This time, the same lady said they were waiting for a driver. Again, no apology. After waiting some more, we called and said we would pick it up ourselves. We never even got refunded the delivery charge or tip.

The food was fine, but we noticed that one of the containers wasn't adequately filled. We won't be ordering from here again and will stick to restaurants that appreciate our custom.

Food was really delicious but WOW do they rush you. Entrees came when we were still working on apps and there wasn't even space for all of it. They kept coming by to clean up dishes, including plates that still had food on them. I really enjoyed the food but I wouldn't go back because of how rushed the experience was.

We had an incredible experience at THEP! My husband has severe food allergies (egg nuts and dairy) and he not only survived but really enjoyed his garlic beef wok meal. Eating out can be stressful and we felt they took his allergies seriously (and obviously they did- no reaction). I had the Tom Kha soup and it was unreal. Spring rolls were so good as well. Really nice warmly-lit atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. Service was FAST. Would highly recommend!

Today, we had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of the hostess at the front desk. When we arrived, we informed her that we had an online reservation. Her attitude was immediately unwelcoming, and she responded with a sour expression, telling us that we were not reserved but only on the waiting list. While we understood the situation and politely went outside to wait, she came out shortly after, glaring at us with a very rude and condescending demeanor.

Her attitude was unacceptable and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. A restaurant’s staff, especially the front desk, represents the establishment’s first impression, and this kind of unprofessional behavior is simply inexcusable. If this is the standard of hospitality here, we’ll never think coming back.

One of the BEST Thai restaurants in the city! Stellar food! Fun ambiance. Fish, Pad Thai and peanut dumpling appetizers are all excellent! Quick service. We dine in and take out regularly.

I've been to soooo many Thai restaurants all over the US and CA specifically, and this one beats them all. When I go to a new Thai restaurant I always have to get their pad Thai, pad see ew, Thai tea, an appetizer, and one of their signature dishes. Thankfully I came with a party of 3 so I was able to do just that here without feeling like all three little piggies.

They nailed all of the staples and then went a few extra miles just to show off. The pad see ew was our favorite, as it had that perfect char and caramelization —bringing out its flavor allll the way. Their pad Thai was just absolutely perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, and paired extremely well with their chili sauce —which you should definitely ask for. Their steamed striped bass melted in my mouth and had a very pleasant tangy and savory flavor to it, and the massaman dumplings were also super flavorful and telling of just how well they do yellow curry. Their Thai tea was 100% authentic. If you know you know, and if you don't, go here and find out. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the interior beautifully decorated.

If you love Thai food and you love yourself, take yourself to this magical spot. I will be back to try the rest of the menu.
