This is a “to go” location for Sawadee and what was once a dine in restaurant, Bangkok Terrace. I got their lunch special which is about $13. You get a lot of food. Definitely enough for two meals.
I love sawadee. Although, give yourself ample time because it can take 20 minutes to get your food even if there’s no one in the restaurant. I always get the same thing, pad see ew, and there were a bunch of mushrooms in there today that I’ve never had in there before. Disappointing because I don’t like eating mushrooms and it doesn’t say there are mushrooms in the dish on the menu.
This place is just like the main location on South Temple, but just a smaller eating area. Food amounts for the lunch price is quite a bargain. Such a nice hidden gem in the downtown area.
Best food taste amazing , everyone should go and try drunken noodle , Thai fried rice it’s really tasty 🤤🤤
